1. Call the Police to write up a report and if needed, get an ambulance on the way. If you have ONSTAR, both of the above may have been done by them. ONSTAR staff is trained like paramedics so they can give you good advice if injured.
2. Call a Wrecker Service if needed and have them bring your vehicle to our Collision Center.
3. Call us at (256) 734-6430 so we can take care of you during this upsetting time.
4. Contact your insurance agent to notify them of the accident and location of your vehicle.
5. We are on several Direct Repair Programs (DPR). We can get the vehicle towed in plus write the estimates for the Insurance Companies which results in faster repairs since the Customer does not have to wait 3 to 7 days for an adjuster to do it.
6. Whether you have insurance or not, we will give you our lowest estimate on repair costs.
