There was a huge selection of vehicles available to us! We had so many to choose from in our price range! The parking lot was well organized and the inside of the building was very clean and welcoming!
I was told my vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up Tuesday. I picked it up Tuesday and come straight home. I get in it Wednesday to go to the hospital and it is doing the same thing it was when it went in. I called and was told they cant look at it for another week and they have no loaner vehicles and thats my only transportation.
My husband and I have bought several cars and trucks from this dealership. We like them and trust them. Our 2014 Truck needed a new transmission, we thought the truck was worth saving. The dealership put in the new transmission, it was costly, but I trust them. I am sure that my next car will be purchased from them.

From the beginning when we arrived the salesperson told us the price and the only thing that would be added was tax and title application fee. I was skeptical because that had not been my previous experience at dealerships. We went through the entire process of the car buying experience and indeed the only thing that was added to the bottom line were those two things. Everyone there was nothing but nice. Best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
These folks are wonderful. I had a tire blow out almost 3 hours from home. They worked with my extended warranty and put on a tire an hour before they closed. They made me feel like they actually care about people. Excellent customer care.

I am pleased with my experience with Oscar and The dealership. I like the straight forward way my deal was done and it’s a pleasure not having to deal with unnecessary additional dealer fees such as Documentation fees, etc. unfortunately I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast and regret that I won’t be able to use the service department at Mitchell Smith when needed.

What impressed me most was that after the deal was completed, Eric personally followed up and let me know to reach out if I had any issues and he would help however he could. Eric Laney was a pleasure to work with. I brought him a list of features that were important to me. He helped me find a vehicle that had all the features except leather, but that was easily remedied. The dealership has a shop they work with to install custom leather from Katzkin. My seats look like they came from the factory. I was offered options to add on during financing without being pressured. I would gladly send friends and family here for their next vehicle.

I have purchased around 10 vehicle from this dealership and salesman over the years with no hassle about pricing. They sold me a 85,000 truck with rust corrosion all underneath. I brought my car in at 9 o’clock for the appointment. I was having my OnStar module replaced, and I asked them to check my mileage per gallon sensor. I got there at 12:30 thinking my car would be ready after running some errands. They were just rolling my car in at 1 o’clock. I don’t think they checked gas tank sensor for mileage. They just gave me a copy of the manual and said it worked fine for them. I was hoping they would do a diagnostic to see if there was a sensor starting to go bad.

Took my 2015 Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a senior discount that can’t be beat. However I took my Tahoe in for a front brake job recently included turning my rotors. My car now shake when I apply the brakes. The steering wheel visibly shakes. The technician said he looked at it and everything is fine and thought it could be coming from the rear of my car.
