Very disorganized. I was ignored for 10-15 minutes when I walked into the service area. My appointment for oil change was at 1. Got a message saying expected completion 5pm. I told them I had a dental appointment at 3 when I made the appointment. Went back to service area and told them if they hadn’t already started it. Forget it. Lady said they were working on it. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I also mentioned that I had a front-end alignment performed approximately nine months ago at another Chevrolet dealership, but the steering wheel has pointed noticeably to the left ever since. Although the vehicle did not pull, holding the steering wheel off-center made driving frustrating. This was by far the easiest purchasing process I have ever had. Adam Carney has always been such a nice guy for as long as we have known him, and was just as awesome and easy to work with for this purchase. There was a huge selection of vehicles available to us! We had so many to choose from in our price range! The parking lot was well organized and the inside of the building was very clean and welcoming!
I was told my vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up Tuesday. I picked it up Tuesday and come straight home. I get in it Wednesday to go to the hospital and it is doing the same thing it was when it went in. I called and was told they cant look at it for another week and they have no loaner vehicles and thats my only transportation.
My husband and I have bought several cars and trucks from this dealership. We like them and trust them. Our 2014 Truck needed a new transmission, we thought the truck was worth saving. The dealership put in the new transmission, it was costly, but I trust them. I am sure that my next car will be purchased from them.

From the beginning when we arrived the salesperson told us the price and the only thing that would be added was tax and title application fee. I was skeptical because that had not been my previous experience at dealerships. We went through the entire process of the car buying experience and indeed the only thing that was added to the bottom line were those two things. Everyone there was nothing but nice. Best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
These folks are wonderful. I had a tire blow out almost 3 hours from home. They worked with my extended warranty and put on a tire an hour before they closed. They made me feel like they actually care about people. Excellent customer care.

Eric Laney was a pleasure to work with. I brought him a list of features that were important to me. He helped me find a vehicle that had all the features except leather, but that was easily remedied. The dealership has a shop they work with to install custom leather from Katzkin. My seats look like they came from the factory. I was offered options to add on during financing without being pressured. I would gladly send friends and family here for their next vehicle.
